Meet the founder

I started on the loading dock.

I'm Alyson Sunyak. My first role at a global manufacturer was coordinating shipments and customs paperwork. Someone took the time to show me why that work mattered, and gave me room to grow.

Over more than a decade I moved into HR leadership, supporting 300+ employees across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Most recently I served as Director of Operations, reporting to the CEO.

Clear Purpose HR brings that same investment to small businesses that don't have an HR department, so every employee gets what I got.
